Description: Wireless Internet Access is a restricted access service, offering superior throughput.

Wireless Internet Access is intended for Conference sponsors or exhibitors to have internet access for applications, e-mail, or other functions during an event. It may be used for demonstration purposes.

If required, we can provide a Wireless Ethernet bridge for notebooks and devices that do not have wireless capability.  Please inquire about this at the time of ordering.

Cost: Booth Internet Access costs $150 for 5 days for one computer.  Access for additional computers costs $50 for 5 days. A Wireless Ethernet Bridge costs $50 ($300 deposit with a $250 rebate upon return of bridge) for 5 days.

Applications:  Casual access for email, or web browsing.  Access to the corporate network via VPN, etc.

The initial password can only be used by one computer at a time, so if multiple computers require access at the same time, then additional passwords should be ordered.

If a non-WiFi compatible computer or device requires casual connectivity, a Wireless Ethernet Bridge may be ordered. This bridges the wireless service to the Ethernet port of the device.
