How to Apply and Qualification Criteria
Complete the sign up form.
Once an application is submitted, it will be reviewed by AirRoamer to confirm contact information, credit card, ship to information and customization information.
Applicants will be contacted by AirRoamer within five (5) business days of submitting their application to obtain the billing credit card information and confirm the order.
Program Definition
- Free 60-day trial period for Visitor Access Kit.
- Standard warranty support for the trial period.
- Customer buys or returns all materials in the original packaging at the end of 60 day trial period.
- Customer is responsible for loss, theft or damage to the system during the trial period.
- The trial period is 60 days starting from the date of system shipment from AirRoamer
- Customer is responsible for return shipment. Time allowed for surface shipment.
- If purchasing, the warranty period and annual service renewal for the purchased system starts at the date of the initial order.
- If the Customer has not notified AirRoamer of their intent to return the kit within the trial period, the provided credit card will automatically be charged.
- If the Customer has notified AirRoamer of their intent to return the kit within the trial period, but the kit is not received by AirRoamer with 15 days of notice, the provided credit card will automatically be charged.
- AirRoamer retains title to the kit during the trial period until the kit is purchased.
- All applicants must agree to the Try and Buy Agreement

- AirRoamer Dealers (Resellers, Distributors and Systems Integrators) with an identified end user per application
- Consumers/individuals
Countries Supported
- Canada, United States of America. It is only valid in countries listed. Country list may be changed without notice.
Application and Order Limits:
- For companies/consumers/individuals: One (1) system.
- For AirRoamer Dealers: One (1) system per application, with a maximum outstanding at any one time of five (5) systems.
