Order Confirmation: You’ll receive a confirmation email on the next business day that confirms your order and specific information such as your business name that will appear on the login page. Please check this carefully. If you don’t receive such an email, please contact us.
Warranty: The AirRoamer Wi-Fi Access Controller is warranted to work correctly with Courtesy Access Small Business Service for 3 years. If you have a problem, call AirRoamer Support at 866-944-9525. If necessary AirRoamer will replace your unit. You will be responsible for shipping to AirRoamer, and AirRoamer will pay for return shipping. If the AirRoamer Wi-Fi Access Controller has been erased by pressing the reset button, a $50 re-programming charge will apply.
Installation Success Guarantee: If you do have problems with the initial installation, and we can’t quickly get it working, we’ll give you the option of getting a refund on your purchase price, plus $10 to cover the cost of returning the unit to us by surface mail.
Shipping: Check the order form for the shipping charges.
Customs: Shipment to US locations will be via postal service and may attract customs and taxes.
Renewals: You will receive an email about 2 months before your 12 months of service expires. Simply follow the instructions to order a renewal from our e-store.
