Probal has served as AirRoamer’s President and CEO since March, 2003.
An accomplished operations and technology executive, Probal brings a wide-ranging business background to AirRoamer from being a founder in several high tech startups to being a senior executive in Bell Canada.
Probal has brought over fifteen years of national leadership experience from the telecommunications industry. He is an experienced business leader with a track record of building high impact organizations, driving cross-organizational strategy and generating profitable growth. He is a skilled communicator adept at uniting and motivating large teams and has led organizations of six through to six hundred in size.
He began his career in 1989 and has held a range of diverse executive positions within the telecommunications industry including the roles of Vice President Data Business Planning and General Manager Internet Operations at Bell Canada and the roles of General Manager and Chief Technology Officer at Stentor Services Inc.
Probal holds a Bachelors of Engineering degree from McGill University and a Masters degree in Business Administration from the University of Ottawa. He is a member of Professional Engineers Ontario and the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers.
A passionate believer in the role of youth in our economy, Probal spends much of his spare time on youth related issues. He currently sits on the board of Youth-In-Motion, a national not-for-profit organization.

Mr. Gadula was most recently C.E.O. of Control and Metering Limited, a manufacturer of industrial machinery, serving the North American petrochemicals and food industries. For the past twelve years Mr. Gadula has focused his career on corporate turnarounds and startups. Previously he was Senior Vice President of The Loyalty Group, Executive Vice President at Avotus Software and Kasten Chase and President of Beltronics and Transtel Communications. Mr. Gadula has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, having served as a VP at AT&T, Santel Communications and Siemens Canada. He has also served on the Board of Neuromolecular Inc. and The Centre for Addiction and Mental Health.
A graduate of the University of Waterloo, Chris was Co-Chair of the Department of Health Sciences 25th Anniversary Endowment Campaign and chaired the AT&T Canada United Way Campaign. Chris was the recipient of the Fr. Norm Choate Distinguished Graduate Award from the University of St. Jeromes in recognition of his work and contribution to the Catholic Community.
He was appointed to the first Board of The Centre for Addiction and Mental Health having served on the merger committee for the Queen Street Mental Health Center, The Clark Institute of Psychiatry The Donwoods Centre and The Addiction Research Foundation where he had served on the board since 1995. As Co-Chair of the Centre’s Quality Assurance and Patient Care Committee, he has had a particular interest and involvement in the creation and monitoring of performance indicators that inform Management and the Board and in the Centre’s Continuous Quality Improvement Initiative.

An experienced product development executive, John has over 25 years of experience encompassing a broad range of voice, data, and IP services for Enterprise, Small and Medium Business and Consumer markets. John developed highly successful Call Management Service (CLASS in the U.S.) and Voice Mail services for Bell Canada. With extensive skills in marketing, technology, and project management, John has repeatedly led initiatives in new business areas. He has significant leadership experience with alliances and strategic relationships.
John has performed product marketing and development for startup and consulting companies in addition to Bell Canada.
John graduated from Queen’s University Engineering Physics (Hons.) in 1975. John is active in volunteer activities.
