To ensure the best possible experience for your guests, our Location Management service provides 24 hours per day monitoring of the equipment on your location and connectivity with the Internet.
If there is a service interruption, we will notify your service provider immediately so that proactive maintenance can be performed.
In most cases equipment and connectivity issues will be resolved before you become aware of them.
Location Management is an optional service offered in addition to Courtesy Access.
