Toronto, Ontario - Thursday, September 23, 2004 - Probal Lala, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, AirRoamer Inc., is pleased to announce the appointment of David Southwell, Alex Giosa, William Ostrander and Jocelyne Côté-O’Hara to the company’s Board of Advisors.

“We are extremely fortunate to have attracted some of Canada's most talented and accomplished business leaders to our Advisory Board,” says Lala.

David Southwell is Group President, Operations for Bell Canada. In this capacity, Mr. Southwell's responsibility focuses on the migration of Bell Canada’s current network to a new national IP-based infrastructure. Mr. Southwell brings more than 30 years of Canadian and international experience in the communications industry. David is an engineering graduate of Queen's University. He has attended the University of California (Berkeley) School of Business and the McGill University School of Business. He also serves as the Chairman of the Board of Expertech Network Installation Inc.

Alex Giosa is President and Chief Executive Officer of Lucent Technologies Canada. Mr. Giosa leads the Lucent Canada Team in growing Lucent’s business across Canada as well as expanding and developing the company’s involvement in the communications industry. Mr. Giosa brings over 20 years experience in the Canadian telecommunications industry. Mr. Giosa graduated from the University of Toronto with a B.A.Sc. (Industrial Engineering) and sits on the advisory board of the University of Toronto Master of Engineering in Telecommunications program. He is also on the board of the Junior Achievement of Toronto York Region.

William Ostrander is a Partner at Gowlings, LLP. Mr. Ostrander clients include companies from auto parts manufacturers to rapidly growing high technology companies. Mr. Ostrander has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financing and corporate restructuring. Called to the Bar in Ontario in 1982, Bill received his law degree and his master’s degree in Political Science from the University of Toronto. He is currently a director of a number of corporations in Ontario.

Jocelyne Côté-O’Hara is President of The Cora Group, a Toronto-based firm which provides consulting services in corporate strategy, communications and executive coaching. Ms Côté-O’Hara’s clients include the Federal Government, major financial institutions, telecoms, high tech and entertainment companies. During the past 17 years, Ms. Côté-O’Hara has provided leadership in the restructuring of the Canadian information and telecommunications industries in a competitive marketplace. Ms. Côté-O’Hara is a director of several public and private corporations and agencies including Manitoba Telecom Services (MTS-Allstream), Xerox Canada, Protus IP Solutions Inc, The B.E.S.T. Venture Fund, and The Canada Games Council. She is a graduate of the University of Ottawa and has completed the Advanced Management Program of the Harvard Business School.
